To kick off the 2023 SUCI dive season, we will be running a trip to The Reef House Resort in Roatan Honduras,  open to all levels of divers.

Details as follows 

Dates    March 27 – April 3/2023  (Monday to Monday)   

Costs: 

The Reef House Resort  ( www.reefhouseresort.com) Includes transfers to and from the resort,  double occupancy rooms with AC and 2 queen sized beds, tanks, weights, 3 boat dives a day, 1 night dive from the boat, unlimited shore dives including amazing “shore night” dives. Cost for the Resort portion is $1186.00 CDN.pp  (this  includes a  19% Honduran tax).  For those who want to stay with a non diving friend, you will pay $1573.20 total for the room. Flights:   

Sunwing ( Flight WG 784 down and WG 785 back) currently has a deal for $1305 pp.  return, which includes 2 checked bags and 1 carry on.   Details on the excel spreadsheet

Meals: 

Meals are not included in the above package, but are cooked and served right at the Resort from a Menu .  You settle up with the Resort for food and alcohol at the end of the week.  Count on a maximum $300.00 CDN  pp for your meals for the week.

Total Cost of the trip:

 The total cost for all of the above is $2791.00.00 per person.    Also, for every 8 people we get 1 free spot  which we can take in cash and  split between all of us, this would be a  further reduction in the above price by about  $100.00 CDN.   

Other things

If anyone is interested I can run PADI specialty courses while we are there, these can include Underwater Hunter ( spear fishing) , Underwater Photography, Fish Identification and Night Diver.

There is also a mind blowing shark dive you can sign up for and various other land activities for non divers.   Please talk to me about these once you have registered for the trip, and I will make the necessary arrangements.

There will be a $150.00 pp deposit payable to the resort.   Balance for the Resort portion is due 1 month before the trip.   ( Feb.26/2023)

Participants will be responsible to book there own flights,  these are the flights listed on the excel spreadsheet),  you can use them -or- book any other airline that flies to Roatan, providing the arrival and departure days align with the stay at the Resort.

This is will be an OUC sanctioned dive and you must be an OUC  member for 2023 to participate. 

The trip is open to all levels of divers.
