Owen Jones

Mike is responsible for the dive season preparation and schedule. He has been a PADI Master Instructor for 15 years and joined SUCI 16 years ago. Mike has travelled the world diving many of the world's premier dive locations

Beverley McAllister, during a career in Architectural Drafting, joined SUCI and became certified in 2004, later becoming an Advanced Diver & EFR qualified. Beverley is currently Membership Director, 2nd Vice President and Pool Supervisor Co-ordinator.

Nora is Secretary of the Scarborough Underwater Club Inc. Since her certification in 2002, Nora has had the privilege of diving in a variety of places all over the world: the Great Barrier Reef, many Caribbean sites, BC, Costa Rica, Florida, Indonesia as well as many of the freshwater sites that Ontario has to offer.

A PADI Master Instructor, Jack has been a certified scuba diver since 1969. In addition to teaching at SUCI he has a passion for staffing PADI Instructor Development courses. Current SUCI roles: SUCI Webmaster Personal: Jack's two adult children both are certified scuba divers

Andrea and her husband Bill did their first dive and their discover scuba course while on vacation in Antigua. On that very first dive, they saw a shark!

When & Where Certified: Took SUCI’s Fall 1980 OWD Course out of Woburn Collegiate Institute & Centennial Pool and got certified in Skeleton Lake in the Spring of 1981, more than 4 decades ago (?!).

" Mike McAllister is a retired Millwright, PADi Certified Rescue Diver, Nautical Archeological Society Trained (NAS 1) and has a keen interest in history.

Lauren is SUCI's only home-grown PADI diving instructor. Having taken her first breath underwater at one of SUCI's Discover Diving nights in 2011, she continued to pursue education and adventure with the club.

I like the water. I could swim before i could walk. I learned free-diving at 9 yrs old in Bermuda. I was a lifeguard in High school. I got certified to dive in university. I'm a Technical Dive master. I teach scuba diving. My diving passions are deep dives, shipwrecks, caves and dynamic no fin free diving.
