Description: Gilboa Quarry began as a limestone rock quarry in the 1890’s. The most common mineral mined here was dolomite rock, a type of limestone well suited from construction and concrete. There are numerous dive sites to see including a Sikorsky helicopter and a Grumman airplane. Entry is from floating docks with stairs leading into the water. Depths of the sites we will be visiting will be 20 to 60 feet.
Tank fills: Are available at the site, $15.00 for air and $25.00 for Nitro
