1) Be a current member of SUCI

2) Have completed OUC’s Communicable Disease Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement  using your NEW 2022 OUC Club Insurance & Membership number.

3) Have completed TPASC’s REVISED COVID-19 Waiver

3- Proceed down the elevators to the Leadership Room
